for the first point you were probably over two knots which is actual
"silent speed" for Gwx whether or not youve ordered silent running
on both the second and the first point the indicator
is a false indicator it doesnt mean they have you
it just means your in extreme danger of it.
ie under the circumstance described if you surface or raise periscope they will see
you and that is what indicator is trying to tell you.
also in GWX flower class appears too early in the war as well as Hunt type I's
