- I'm not a GWX dev, but afaik these dll errors are unrelated to the mod - especially because they exist even on a 'clean' install.

- As for sounds, I see 2 possibilties:
a) the sound in SH3 is *highly* directional, sometimes by turning around you'll hear the effect
b) you have real problems with sound, unfortunately I can't tell you much here except to make sure you have the latest drivers for your sound-card or (if on-board sound) chipset
Maybe the start problem is related to a wrong dll version, but without error message it's hard to give a solution... . As for the failing uninstall, it sounds as though the registry is a little screwed up
. I don't see many options here except for a system restore to a point where it still worked, or a complete re-install
. Maybe someone else has another idea?
