@ Molon, ship manoevering is a whole separate and issue from weapon and sensor performance, and is a lot more straightforward. Honestly, I just haven't gotten to those doctrines yet... too many "fixes" to worry about some incremental improvements up to this point... but needs to be addressed soon.
@ Mau, the goal is to have the missiles produce the same statistical success rate as can be best estimated by someone who has no real basis upon which to be doing such a thing.
Ok, to put it another way, I'm trying to make the Sim produce outcomes that aren't totally predetermined by tweaking a number of parameters relative to others towards the best available data.
