So are we saying that we can see the missiles on the radar but we can't lock on with the FCR?
I can see not seeing it on radar because of RCS and altitude (flight profile) but if we are seeing it on surface/air radar, we should be able to put a STIR on it and keep it lock on (not all the time but...). Of course it depends of the end over from the radar to the FCR. If the radar doesn't have a good update time (sweep and gate) then yes, I that point even though we have it on radar we will have a hard time to have a lock on it.

Is that what you were trying to modeled?

Another thing why the Harpoon is hard to defeat is because it si very good to defeat softkill!! So may be have Harpoon disregarding a lot more the chaff yhan some others? If possible.
