ok problem no. 2 solved
to access the F9-F12 stations either use the left-hand slide out shortcut panel or remap the keys in commands*.cfg (it's a small trade off for increased resoluion)

Commands in english with keypresses usualy on F9-F11 now moved to new keys. Deck Gun on G and Flack Gun on F. Allso enabled a command for weapons officer to plot a locked ship (shift S) and identify a ship (Shift I) plus a lot more. Basicaly its the RuB 1.4 keyfile incorporated into GWX.
