1.4b Patch is needed.
The 'Triangle' shows your chance of actually hitting your target. Red=Bad Yellow=Maybe Green=Good.
The Recognition Manual has a section just for Merchants. Open the manual and click once on the left arrow.
Now, the patch version on your disc will be for the DVD version of SH3, you need the d/l patch version for either the US or Europe.
