I am running a laptop with a Radeon Mobility 7500 video card with 32 MB memory, and 1 GB RAM, it will play the basic install of SH3, but the graphics color can be a little tricky. It will work. But as to changing the videio out for a better one you can't, and as for buying an external card (I have looked every were and asked all) there are none to be found. Laptops were just not made to play games on, its a shame, but that's just the way it is.
