If you bear a grudge, whether here or in real life, you're slowly killing yourself .. I know guys who look 10 years older than what they are because they are 'gonna get so-and-so' for 'doing this and that' or whatever.
Why bog yourself down and have your health suffer because of the actions of some-one else ?
