If this just started after updateing to the newest ATI drivers
I would go through all the settings 1st.
If that don't help,
roll back the driver to be sure it is the driver.
ATI Drivers always seem to cause trouble just after release
so I don't use them.
The Omega Drivers work much better IMO and still allow over clocking
should you choose to.
The newest Omega Drivers came out the 14th.
