Corel Draw but that is rather costly & not even sure if it would do this.
Priater, I would have assumed that a graph would be drawn from the data provided, could you give a little more detail on this program or do you not actually use it? Will check out the link and see if I can find anything out.
Mav87th, I have photoshop but it can't draw circles, lines or print on angles, unless a newer version allows this, photoshop is basically that, a program to manipulate/edit pictures in layers, correct me if I'm wrong.
Most photo/paint programs don't have any drawing tools.
This is likely to be a once only job so I don't want to purchase an expensive program that will take weeks to learn! I'd be better off just to draft one up on paper & scan in, just that it will look crappy!
