Maybe you could share your orders with me and I could try to see if that solves it, I do not use (as far as I know) integrated orders mod.

Maybe I could give that mod a spin, if it fixes everything here

The trouble is that I can simply not copy paste the complete 1024*768_menu.ini, because I have altered it myself to suit my needs.
