Hi,
well you have mod installed that always change the "menu_1024_768.ini".
well to change that issue you need to find out what mod replace the any itmes at the "menu_1024_768.ini" another opinion would be to make youre "menu_1024_768.ini" item for download and hoping someone will fix it.
btw. when the JSGME remove will not work you have altered the "menu_1024_768.ini" or maybe ignore the marnings from it.
