There´s no such thing as a "poor Core 2 Duo user"!
Your 1.86GHz Core 2 Duo is faster than a 3.4 GHz Pentium D, which is based on a Pentium 4. When Ubi says that a 2GHz CPU is required they mean a Pentium 4 with 2GHz.
