You could get a PCI slot fan and put it next to the 7600. That will help draw the heat away too. For $9.99US I did it and it helped make my 6800 a bit cooler, but it's a small Thermaltake slot fan. Antec makes a large PCI slot fan that is very good and costs only a couple of bucks more. It could be a less expensive way to find out if it's a heat issue.

CWorht, I think 125C is the default high Threshold temp. My 6800 runs at 51 to 53C at idle for Core Temp. 33C Ambient. TJ's seems way to high.
