I don't want to sound like I'm making fun of you but you must be one of the few who chose stock SH3 to the mods. Anyhow the important thing is to have fun with the game I guess, so go forth and enjoy it
I would suggest though you try GWX. You don't really miss anything, it's free and if you don't like it just uninstall it and go back to the original SH3
