Hi mate, and welcome to subsim!

First, download and install the jonesoft generic mod enabler (or JSGME). This program allows you to add mods and stuff without overwriting anything.
Copy the folder "GWX - Dec 23rd Corrections" into the MODS folder created in your SHIII directory, then enable it with the JSGME. I have done this, and it works like a charm!
