Yes, I ran 1.1A perfectly.
P4 2.7ghz, 512mb RAM, Radeon 9800 Pro 128mb, WinXP.
The specs are a bit low-end for now, I admit, but 1.1A ran excellent, so GWX should ATLEAST start. :p
