The C-301 (HY-3 Also known as CSS-C-6 Sawhorse), the HY-3 is an active radar-homing land-to-ship missile with ramjet engine. Developed in 1980s based on HY-2 and YJ-1 technology. I do believe it is in use today but where you wondering about adding it to SHIII?

If so, it came around 35 Years after the war.

As for the RBS15, The project started in the late 1970s under the name KSA.
The missile will also be produced by Bodenseewerk Gerätetechnik of Germany for the new class of German stealth corvettes, and is likely to be later used on other German Navy vessels as well. Finnish car maker Sisu produces missile launch cars for RBS15.
