Followed your instructions exactly twice now and with just 1.4 patch WAC 2.0 and hotfix enabled it goes back to basic game and runs ok but no Wac loading screen, just the absolute basic game.
In JSGME it gives Wac 2.0 and fix enabled.
If I run it with just WAC 1.92 enabled it CTD's in career mode and the fix makes no difference. But have noticed that Fix does say for 1942-43 career start.
Looks like I can only play career in basic.
