Codmander, have you thought about a patrol blog? I've been having a blast writing mine as I cruise around the Atlantic. I find that it takes the edge off of being home alone and adds to the immersion. Heck, you could do hourly updates!

16 hours from wilhelmshaven the Crew can see some birds and the hint of land on the southerly breeze. no tc here at all and this is the hardest part where I can see being tempted to use it . But I am too close now once In port after the partys I will work on a logbook before my next patrol
If i am away from my pc for any length of time i just sumerge at 30 meters at slow speed till I get back
