After some time spent on that, it finally worked for the skin ; seems that the files were not valid or something, downloading it from another source solved the problem.

Now about the cable fix, it's another story... Seems it's already included in IuB ? When starting a single mission with a VII C in 1941 (I don't mean with a VIIC/41), the cables are fixed. Then going back to my career (started in 1941 with a VIIC) in the middle of my fifth patrol, the cables are still misaligned.

Applying the "cable fix" via JSGME (i.e. replacing the Turm7c_1_hd.dat & Turm7c_2_hd.dat files in the game) doesn't change things : cables are fixed in single missions, not in the career mode. So it seems that other Turm7c_XXX_hd.dat files may be involved ?
