If you apply thr Dec 23rd patch it fixes the missing texture prob
Make sure you are in port
Rollback SH3commander
Disable any mods you have added through JSGME
Install the Dec 23rd patch through JSGME
Click the link under my sig to D\L the Dec 23rd patch
Oh and the type 21 now has been fixed to accept conong tower emblems
