I knew that from before, but I thought I had read somewhere that GWX fixed the weather or something like that. I guess I was a little confused.

You are definitely right. I have always had this same problem with the weather well before your mod came out. I was not at all trying to blame your mod for the excessive bad weather. I guess we will just have to deal with it and hope they fix the weather in SH4.
