We have the same problem. Plus lawyers profiting from class-action lawsuits (Nintendo strap, anyone?).
If you come up with a solution other than
"put all the lawyers up against the wall, machine-gun the lot of them, incinerate them with napalm, and scatter the ashes at sea", or
"nuke the entire site from orbit", please do let me know.
