GWX is most certainly surviveable... but you've got to think like a U-boat captain now.
I strongly suggest getting a copy of The U-boat Commander's Handbook... 1943 Edition. Mine was about $6.00 U.S. on ebay. Words to live by.  |
True, it is survivable if you think and react like the u-boat would. As of now I have automatic dive when an aircraft is spotted. I never had that before. So it is auto crash dive for me upon aircraft spotted. My vampire sight is now gone and I submerge more for hydrophone usage. That has worked out well! Shoot, old GW I did not submerge much. All in all, the GWX mod is well thought out and extremely enjoyable. I can't wait to find out more of the things put in
