In GWX... you get HE ammo only for your deck gun. Deep research indicates that the only type of ammo carried by the U-boats for the DG was HE.
No starshells... No armor piercing.
Also, you need to double click the HE round icon to load the gun. In stock SH3 the deck gun starts out with a round in the chamber. This is not historically accurate so we fixed it.
