Very easily. The lowest requested time compression rate goes. Like in DefCon and just about every other MP game with Time Compression.
Player 1: Sets time compression to x1024.
Player 2: Sets time compression to x512.
Player 3: Sets time compression to x1024.
Actual Time Compression: x512.
Simple as that.
