the coding of SH3 has some kind of cheat implemented for GWX users:
when being at a high TC-rate and encountering a hostile ship, the WO reports it with "ship spotted".
If its neutral or friendly, the ship-spotted-message displays in the window at the center bottom but no sound is played.
