Have you d/l all six pieces (ie 1 .exe and 5 .bins) and saved them to the same folder? If all six files are in the same folder, the installer will run without prompting the user for the location of any pieces that are elsewhere.
I would also recommend d/l MD5Compare and GWX.md5 and use it to make sure your d/l are not corrupt *before* you attempt to install GWX.
