Oyiseer, I would say that the graphics card is what's causing the problem. You should have a newer 256mb gf card, you need the memory there too. Your card sharing memory is not too good. Try to find a X1600 256 card or better if you can.

Also try turning down settings in video options for now to see if that helps a bit.

Adding another gig of RAM is a good idea too. 1is good but 2 is better. SHIII can be a memory hog, especially with a bunch of mods intalled.
