It's a it more of a hassle than DL'ing but I have gone to good local CD shop and purchased a whole bunch of real cheap CD's of 1930's and WWII music (Andrews Sisters, Bing Crosby, old New Orleans Jazz, a two-CD compilation of 50 WWII hits, Judy Garland, Frank Sinatra, etc). Cost me the NZ equiv of about US$3 - US$8 each.
I ripped these and converted to MP3's, renamed them to fit the SH3 Gramophone file format and now play them, intermingled via 'play random Gramophone tracks' with the tracks that came with TGW, during long crossings to my assigned chart sector. I've got about 300 tracks in there.
I know some guys say they never use the Gramophone but I really like doing this - adds to the atmosphere.
