Wrong. It was asked earlier where the insurgents were getting their weapons from. Was it Saddam's fault that the Iraqi Army was disbanded? Was it Saddam's fault that the planning for the invasion aftermath was so poor? Notice where the blame is placed in
this interview.
I'm not trying to defend Saddam Hussein in any way, but your statement is wrong.
