Unfortunately, no.
I've already asked in the past, and have been told that that's a 'hard-code' problem. There
are radio reports that will drop you to TC1, yes. Those are the ones your radio operator reports to you. But (for whatever reason known only to the designers) contact reports, regardless of
also being radio reports, will not effect your TC at all.
