That aint cruising along thats hyper speed!
But your problem could be many things, i dont get crashes now not even one, that bug by clicking on the repair square doesn't even happen.
yet thats after many new installs and just getting it right. Running GW1.1a, SH3Cdr 2.6. This is time consuming but i would reinstall the game (just save your game saves) found in my documents - copy them somewhere else then delete that folder.
Also make sure theirs nothing running in the background before starting this game up.
