After looking thru the files I was amazed at how close the Devs were in getting the when right on this.
Makes me wonder how they were so far off on other easy aspects.
I only changed the Frigates from late 1940 to early 41 and the Elcos I moved back into 1942. Other than that (and pushing back the Italian DDs into 1942) they are all within reason, IMO.
