Are these indications far away from you??? I mean are they 10,20 or even 30km away???? Use the ruler to measure the distance between your boat and the contact. If this is the case then the solution is simple. The contacts you see do move as well as you do. They are where they are indicated but at the time they're indicated. To intercept them you need to plot the correct course. Check this thread if you need to know how to do this
