Is anyone else having trouble opening the SH3 Unpacker_Build143 Zip file? I have DL it 5 - 6 times now and when i go to open it with winrar i get errors: Cannot execute C:\documents\admin\locals\temp\setup.exe.
When i try to extract it to a folder nothing happens. I then try opening it with WinZip yet windows comes up telling me it has blocked this file for friggin!security reasons when i go to the link it provides below message "How do i unblock this file" the friggin page cannot be found error comes up!!!!

HELP! I hate windows!
