based on SergButo´s NationalityMod V3.0 I´ve made a new FlagS.dat, that provides small flags for all nations.
On suggestion/request of Carotio, who provided the *.tga files, I´ve implemented 3 new nations:

China (civil/military)
Uruguay
Venezuela
