Either you've ticked the wrong realism options, or you have a defective installation of NYGM 2.2. It ought to be installed over a clean installation of basic SH3 and patch 1.4b. (Unless you are using the 2.2 upgrade, in which case it ought to be installed over SH3/1.4b/NYGM 2.0.)

Well I've done a completely fresh install, freshly patched to 1.4 and used NYGM full version as the only mod and I still have to tick all of the boxes before it will tell me I'm at 100% realism
I can't see what else to try, so I guess I'll have to go without.
