In one first season NCIS the crime was commited by an eco-terrorist who tried to get aboard a submarine to get revenge because, "sonar kills whales".
That one is a mite hard to believe active(from a sub?) might give one a bit of a headache but passive certainly wouldn't. Nontheless I believe I heard that one somewhere before. Where did it start? And what does sonar do to sea life, just out of curiousity?
