If you want gramaphone music you need to put it there yourself; the file is empty. Songs can be downloaded from
http://u-boot.realsimulation.com/
Just follow the links to Content/Download Central/SH3 Downloads/SH3 Gramaphone Downloads. You'll find plenty of good period tunes there.
