Seems like we have pretty similar PC´s. Tho, I have AMD 64 3500+, 2GB of RAM and GF7800GTX.

Well, I get my copy as soon as my friend goes to work tomorrow morning! (He works on a game store, so he paid my copy and will drop it to my mailbox as he leaves to work tomorrow
