I really didnt like too much of the vanilla Rome TW, but when the Rome Total Realism mod came, it changed it completely. And if Medieval II will be as easy to mod, there will most likely be a Medieval Total Realism mod coming.
This is one of the most anticipated games of the year, so I think Sega will release patches in a hurry to fix everything. For anything else, there´s modders.
