I could be entirely wrong, saying this from a distance, even though information on Britain is overwhelming, but as far as I've noticed the BN Party is simply following the populist line: say what they want to hear.

Since I don't know all these people & politicians, I could be comitting a great injustice here but from what I gather it seems that the BNP gets votes more because of the stupidity of the other parties than by their own merits. Nobody does anything, the BNP promises to do and looks like they are the only ones indeed capable of doing anything (however true that is), so they get the votes.

Feel free to insult me for saying this and correct me if I'm wrong, and this is the last but, but, I don't think the BNP upholds the values that made Britain the great country it was/is/could've been today, they've simply discovered before anybody else that the Brits are fed up with the current state of affairs and that if they can monopolize this speech they'll grow. This is great, fair enough, finally somebody representing the Brits in part, the problem is the rest of the luggage they'd bring with them to power.
