Thanx again, guys, but I won´t do ANOTHER fresh install until GWX is out! Seriously, I´ve done lots of fresh installs recently, but the problem hasn´t been solved.

There must be a connection with the port area, something programm-wise that differs between "inside area" and "outside area". Well, if anyone else got this problem or - even better - a proper solution, please tell me.
