These are the three major mods:
NYGM - Mostly changes to gameplay
TGW - Changes to gameplay, graphics and sounds
Uboat war ace campaign (spelling) - Cant really tell you, havent tried this one.
But you will get this answer from alot of people: Try out all of them and decide which one you like the best.
