Yep!
After two more ships sunken, my captain is now awarded EK I + II + DK + badges, and sugar in the bottom was that he was promoted Korvettenkapitän! Hah, after 4 ships and 20'000 tons.
Well, I left a post into the mod forum because of this. Let's see if anyone of communitys specialists would like answer.
Maybe the reason is that I docked in Wilhelmshaven few times in row and not in Kiel which is my home base.
