See, that's the beauty of forward thinking, revitalising centuries old ideas/taxes in the spirit in which they were created... Sweet, a return to the good old days of royal decree:
bring back the window tax and the hearth tax, that way we can all brick up our windows and fireplaces just to not get stung with 'extra' tax for having too many panes of glass in our windows or (god forbid) a fireplace in
every room.. how very decadent!
