at the bottom left theres a lil book thingy you can open up.. before you do that, theres some arrows that point up and down, you use that to see what country is what, and also then look on the map to see if there neutral or not
*for example, if you see a norwegian flag... then look on your map.. and see that norwegian ports are all red... its safe to sink the ship
