Thank you to a man who has given more and longer customer support to users of his program than most developers would do for a commercial release.

"I've raised your comments with BBW - when he gets back on-line we'll get all the latest stuff added to the file."

I was wondering where he went--I now have a picture of him "bob cratchet(sp) style" sitting next to an oil lamp with a long list of paper (w/computer nearby of course)
